Jenny Eustace is a cross-professional supervisor and early childhood education specialist with over 30 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.

As the owner-manager of a multi-award-winning preschool, recognised nationally for excellence, for 20 years, she has extensive experience supporting children, families, educators, and leadership teams.

Jenny was the first to introduce and roll out cross-professional supervision within Ireland’s early childhood sector, working in partnership with Canavan Byrne to make reflective supervision accessible to educators nationwide.

Working within the Wisdom Model of Supervision, she now provides affordable group and one-to-one supervision across a wide range of professions, offering reflective, supportive spaces where professionals can deepen their practice, navigate challenges, and grow with confidence.

Qualifications:

* BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Montessori Teacher Qualification
* Special Needs Assistant Qualification
* Professional Diploma in Spiritual Direction
* Professional Diploma in Cross-Professional Supervision
* Currently studying for an MA in Applied Spirituality​
