Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience in supervising and provides reflective supervision in a cross-professional context including education, health, community and voluntary sector and supervision of supervisors and trainee supervisors.  She has a background in Leadership Coaching and Facilitation. 
Her approach is contemplative-evocative, rooted in systemic awareness, honouring the person within their wider context through curiosity and the use of creative approaches. 
Elizabeth is based in County Cork, Ireland.

David has over 17 years of experience in supervisory practice, creating a safe and collaborative space for individuals & groups to reflect on their work.

This reflective process helps to balance the supportive, educational and restorative aspects of supervision to encourage personal and professional growth.

David is trained as a psychotherapist with a person-centred approach, and the collaborative nature of this is reflected in the practice of supervision.
David is based in Co Clare.
