Geraldine is a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and consultant with extensive experience in psychotherapy, addiction, and family systemic therapy. She has served as Secretary of the Board and Chairman of the Accreditation Committee of Addiction Counsellors of Ireland, representing families affected by addiction across Europe. With expertise in healthcare accreditation, policy development, and a broad range of therapeutic approaches, Geraldine now works with Archways, supporting individuals, families, and professionals with compassion and integrity.

Philip Stallard

Philip Stallard is a Clinical Adventure Therapist and Director of New Wave Wild Project CLG, a non-profit adventure therapy service based in Co. Kerry.
An APCP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and CORU-registered Social Worker, Philip specialises in combining clinical practice with experiential, nature-based approaches through Adventure Therapy. He is qualified in Social Work, CBT, Counselling, and Psychotherapy, and is a Certified Clinical Adventure Therapist (AEE).
In 2025, Philip qualified as a Clinical Supervisor, working with practitioners from diverse backgrounds, including those integrating outdoor and nature-based methods.
He also represents Ireland on the International Association of Adventure and Nature-Based Therapies (IAANT) and serves on the committee of the UK Association of Outdoor Therapy (AOT).
