Nicola has worked with children and families in community and residential settings for 25 years. Dr O’Sullivan has researched and written about the importance of reflective practice and supervision in health, social care and social work settings. Nicola provides clinical supervision to a range of professionals in health, social care and social work and is CORU registered.
