Adrian McKenna (Ado) is a qualified clinical supervisor with over 25 years experience in health and social care. He is CORU registered and has been appointed to government forums and boards, helping guide the work of CORU for eight years. He has received a national award for social care and is a sought-after lecturer and presenter on social care topics.

Dr. Nicola O'Sullivan

Dr Nicola O’Sullivan holds a Professional Doctorate in Social Care & Emotional Wellbeing, an MA in Child Protection and Welfare and a Post Graduate Level 9 Professional Diploma in Clinical Supervision. Nicola has worked with children and families in community and residential settings for 25 years. Dr O’Sullivan has researched and written about the importance of reflective practice and supervision in health, social care and social work settings. Nicola provides clinical supervision to a range of professionals in health, social care and social work and is CORU registered.

Louise Keating

Louise holds an MA in Cross Professional Supervision and is also a qualified psychotherapist. For thirty years she has been engaged in Youth, Community, and Human Rights work in Ireland and overseas.
Louise provides supportive spaces for individuals and groups to explore creative ways to respond to complex challenges. She believes that supervision needs to reflect the values embedded in the work, paying particular attention to care of employees and issues of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
